Enjoy the Concert of the Summer in Rancho Cordova

The concert of the summer is on Saturday, June 7th from 5:30 to 11 p.m. in the outdoor area in front of Rancho Cordova City Hall, 2729 Prospect Park Drive.

Attendees will experience the rocking music of headliner Vanishing Affair, The Soft White Sixties, The Rudy Parris Band (as seen on The Voice), Once An Empire, Alex Vincent Band, and The Driftwood Sinn.

The “Play It Forward” benefit concert is for the 21 and older crowd and features no host drinks and food from Sacramento food trucks courtesy of SactoMoFo.

Tickets are available at www.PlayItForwardBenefit.com. General admission tickets are $25. VIP tickets are $60 and include food, drinks, and a private seating area. Parking is free.

The Sacramento Valley Symphonic Band Association presents the annual Carmichael Park Community Band Festival, Carmichael Park Amphitheater. This is one of the largest community band festivals in California for over 20 years.  There will be music from 12 pm to 6 pm Saturday and from 11am to 7pm Sunday.  Bring the entire family, a picnic, lawn chairs, and enjoy two lovely afternoons of music!
