Walmart hiring associates for new Neighborhood Markets in Carmichael and Elk Grove

Walmart is hiring approximately 155 associates to work at two new Walmart Neighborhood Markets slated to open this fall in the Sacramento area. To facilitate applications, the retailer has opened temporary hiring centers.

The hiring centers are accepting applications Monday-Saturday. Interested applicants can also apply online at http://careers.walmart.com.

Walmart’s benefit program is available to eligible full- and part-time associates andprovides a variety of affordable health and well-being benefits including medical insurance with no lifetime maximum. Walmart also offers matching 401(k) contributions of up to 6 percent of pay, discounts on general merchandise for store associates, an Associate Stock Purchase Program and company-paid lifeinsurance. Additionally, eligible associates receive a quarterly incentive based on store performance.
