Summer Youth Flag Football

The CHPAL & Sunrise Recreation & Park District are teaming up to bring you a youth flag football program.  The aim of the program is to have fun, teach young athletes the fundamentals of football, team work, and the rewards of competition.  Each Saturday kids will group by age; warm up; learn offense and defense and then compete. Players will also get the opportunity to build friendships with local Citrus Heights Police Officers.  There will be guest speakers as well.
