Continuing to set the standard for wellness in the greater Sacramento region, the Strength & Fitness unit at Arden Hills is proud to introduce new and state-of-the-art Cybex weight training equipment for use by members and Resort guests.  Thirty new “Cybex Eagle Series Selectorized” machines -- that include treadmills, recumbent bikes and state-of-the-art and bio-mechanically efficient “ARC” trainers -- have recently been installed in the amazing 50,000-square foot Health and Wellness Pavilion at the Resort.

This is the 4th year that they are having this annual tournament. The teams played 8 am to 6 pm. Total teams participated - 14. Attended people including players families - 250 !. 

Join us for our fourth annual Paws, Pals and Putts Golf Tournament on Monday, May 06th at beautiful Del Paso Country Club, 3333 Marconi Avenue, Sacramento.

Proceeds from the tournament, which is presented by Golf & Lifestyle magazine, will benefit the Sacramento SPCA's Senior Services program, providing services to ensure the continued relationship between Sacramento area seniors and their pets.
